Financial Fraud Educational Program @ the Warren Library

Financial institutions are seeing a significant increase in fraud attempts as technology advances. 7 17 Credit Union will offer an informative look into the types of fraud they encounter daily. The 7 17 Fraud Department will provide tips to help you learn how to protect yourself and what to do next if you are a victim of fraud. No registration necessary, and all attendees will be entered into a drawing for a $25 Giant Eagle gift card. Registration is optional. Free.

Stuffed Animal Sleepover/PJ Party @ the Brookfield Library

Bring your stuffy and dress in your jammies for this morning storytime. We’ll read a couple of stories, sing some fun songs, and tuck in our stuffies for a sleepover. Pick them up any time after Wed., April 10 at 10 a.m. and find out what they were up to during their overnight adventure! For children in pre-K — grade 3. Free.

Cute, cuddly, and non-intimidating bunnies are perfect listeners! Children in grades 1 — 6 can sign up to read aloud to registered and certified Bunnies in Baskets (therapy rabbits) for 15-minute sessions. Rabbits are provided by F5RS (Frisky Ferrets, Fuzzies and Feathered Friends Rescue and Sanctuary). Registration is required; call (330) 856-2011 to sign up. Free.
