About the Card Connect Program
Warren-Trumbull County Public Library cardholders save money every time they use their card to borrow books, movies, and other library materials instead of purchasing them, and now with the Card Connect program, a library card offers even greater savings!
The Card Connect Program is a new Warren-Trumbull County Public Library partnership with local businesses to offer library cardholders special savings. Show your full-service W-TCPL Library Card, Take 2 Card, or other W-TCPL Library Card at participating businesses for unique offers and discounts on goods and services.
