Library News Library News Warren-Trumbull County Public Library announces Dec. 1 closing due to weather (11/30/2020) – All Warren-Trumbull County Public Library locations will be closed all day on Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020 due to inclement weather. This closing includes the libraries in Brookfield, Cortland, Howland, Liberty, Lordstown, and Warren, and Bookmobile and Outreach services.
