Toddlers' natural curiosity will be engaged during this weekly program of stories, music, and hands-on activities. For toddlers ages 19 — 35 months with a parent or caregiver.
Gather the whole family around for some quality time at the library! We’ll share stories, activities, and, occasionally, a visit from a special guest. For families with children ages 3 and older.
Children learn through play. Have some fun and build young brains at our open play hours. We will provide a variety of playful learning experiences through toys, games, and other activity stations. Drop in anytime during posted hours. For children ages 19 months — 5 years with a caregiver.
Need some help learning how to do something on a computer, tablet, or smart phone? You can book a 30-minute session with a library staff member who will answer your questions and walk you through what you'd like to do. Examples include learning how to move files to a flash drive, save photos in the cloud, or navigate a new phone. At the Warren Library: Call the Public Computer Lab at (330) 399-8807 ext. 201 to reserve your appointment time. Appointments will be held in either the Classroom or the Public Computer Lab on the library's 2nd floor.

New culinary adventures await teens in grades 7 - 12! Join us in December as we celebrate the release of "Wonka" the movie by making chocolate candy.
Do you need a place to wrap presents away from curious eyes? Drop by the Warren Library in the Garfield Room and wrap away. The library will provide wrapping paper, tape, ribbon, boxes, and bags for you to use; all while supplies last. If you have any of the above items in new or like-new condition you would like to share, please bring them during the program times. (Please note: Participants are responsible for their own gifts; the library is not responsible for lost or broken items.)
Join us to watch a film on the big screen in the Harding Room! A short, optional discussion led by a librarian will follow. Featured film: "Fitzwilly" (Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc., 1967. Not Rated. Runtime 102 minutes).
Learn the basics of Excel, including navigating the program, working with rows/columns, and entering and sorting data. Introduces basic formulas and functions. Familiarity with a mouse, keyboard, and computer required. Class will be held in the Classroom (Room 215) on the Warren Library's 2nd floor. Families with young children can walk and play on the Warren Library’s indoor Candy Land Lane! There will be multiple activity stations targeting different skills, giveaway bags for the children with a book and other activities, and colorful decorations based on the Candy Land game. The event is held in conjunction with Warren’s Hometown Holidays. (NOTES: The children’s department will close from 3 to 4 p.m. to prepare for the event, and the library will close at 5 p.m. for regular business.)
