Sunday hours begin Sept. 10 at the Warren Library

(9/01/2023) – The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library system will expand service with the addition of Sunday hours beginning Sept. 10, 2023, at the Warren Library, 444 Mahoning Ave. NW.

The Warren Library will be open from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sundays between September through May. The library will be closed Sundays in the summer months.

Warren Library hours as of Sept. 10 will be Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.; and Sunday 1 – 5 p.m.

“We are very happy that we can add these additional weekend hours,” Warren-Trumbull County Public Library Executive Director Jim Wilkins said. “We know that many people rely on the library for access to computers, school materials, and also books and DVDs for entertainment.”

Patrons may visit the library to check out and return books, movies, and other library materials, or use the Public Computer Lab on the library’s second floor to access the Internet, print, copy, FAX, and scan.

The Local History & Genealogy Center located in the library will not be open on Sundays. Warren-Trumbull County Public Library locations in Brookfield, Cortland, Howland, Liberty, and Lordstown will maintain their current hours and are not open on Sundays.
