Warren-Trumbull County Public Library launches enhanced event calendar and room management platform

(09/05/2024) – The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library (W-TCPL) is launching a new event calendar and room management platform that offers patrons a convenient online option for program registration and meeting room reservations.

The new platform makes it easy to discover and register for library events at any of the W-TCPL system’s six locations and to reserve library study or meeting rooms.

A variety of events for all ages are offered at W-TCPL libraries, including storytimes, game nights, author talks, computer classes, and more special events throughout the year. The new event calendar’s enhanced search features allow patrons to view all upcoming library events or filter to view events by location, date range, type of event, and more. Patrons can also register directly through the online system for those programs that require registration. A W-TCPL library card is not required to attend a library event, however, registering with a library card number allows an individual to log in and manage their event registrations.

The new platform also includes a convenient online room reservation system that makes it easier for patrons to reserve a library space for individual study needs or for a small group meeting. The W-TCPL offers a range of meeting spaces that are available to the public during regular library business hours at most library locations at no cost.

The new event calendar and room reservation platform is linked through the library website at www.wtcpl.org > Classes & Events > Calendar or can be accessed directly at https://wtcpl.events.mylibrary.digital/.

The W-TCPL includes locations in Brookfield, Cortland, Howland, Liberty, Lordstown, and Warren; a Bookmobile; and Library-by-Mail service.
