From organized crime historian and author Allan May: Learn about Julius Petro and his gang and their activities throughout Ohio, especially the Mahoning Valley, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and finally California. Hear about the brazen murder of young Alliance golf legend Eldon “Pete” Shoup. And finally, Petro’s demise in Los Angeles involving a name familiar to Mahoning Valley residents.
