You can book a 30-minute session with a library staff member who will answer your questions and walk you through what you’d like to do. Examples include learning how to move files to a flash drive, save photos to the cloud, or navigate a new phone. Laux, Ph.D., relationships require motivation, knowledge, and skill in an approach he calls “Communicating with C.A.R.E.” Professor Laux will explain how to improve your relationships and achieve happiness through mindful interpersonal communication. Tweens can explore their techie interests at Tween Tech Night. Using both guided instruction and self-paced exploration, tweens are introduced to different technologies and coding in digital and
analog ways. For tweens ages 9 — 12. Free.
Children learn through play. Have fun and build young brains at our open play hours. We will provide a variety of playful learning experiences through toys, games, and other stations. Drop in anytime during posted hours. For children ages 19 months — 5 years with a parent or caregiver. Free.
