Start your Saturday morning off right with some exercise and retail therapy. Meet at the Howland Library for a walk to Richard E. Orwig Park where you can spend time shopping at the Howland Farmer’s Market. Once your visit with the vendors is complete, we will walk back up the Howland Hill to return to the library. The walking route is a total of 2 miles. *Weather permitting. NOTE: Patrons who participate in a Howland Library sponsored event do so at their own risk. Children in grades 1 — 6 can sign up to read aloud to registered and certified Bunnies in Baskets (therapy rabbits) for 15-minute sessions.
