Public Computer Lab at the Warren Library
To register for a computer class or schedule a Tech Coach appointment, call the Public Computer Lab at (330) 399-8807 ext. 201.
A Public Computer Lab located on the second floor of the Warren Library offers patrons the opportunity to use a computer, print, make copies, and FAX and scan.
Computers for Public Use
The Public Computer Lab has 14 computers available for public use.
Public computers offer Internet access and feature:
- 17-Inch monitors
- CD R/RW drives
- USB Capabilities
- Windows 10
- Microsoft Office 2016 suite featuring Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher and Access
- Headphones
You must have a valid W-TCPL library card in your name and in good standing to use public computers. Bring your library card with you to use a computer.
Computers shut down 10 minutes before library closing time.
Internet and Computer Use Guidelines
Customers are limited to two (2) one-hour sessions per day. Reservations for a computer may be made up to one day in advance but are not necessary.
Any library customer with a library card in good standing or an out of town guest pass may use the library computer reservation system. Customers whose accounts are currently in collections cannot use the computers.
Users are not permitted to access any nudity, pornography, obscenity, sexually explicit images or text, or graphic violence on the computers.

Computer Classes
Free classes are offered in topics such as Computer Basics, E-Mail, and various software programs. Classes are held in the Classroom (Room 215) on the library’s 2nd floor.
Book a Tech Coach
Need some help learning how to do something on a computer, tablet, or smart phone? You can book a 30-minute session with a library staff member who will answer your questions and walk you through what you’d like to accomplish on the computer. Examples include learning how to send an email, share a photo, or borrow eBooks from the library.

Printing
Printing from a Library Computer
Printing is available from library computers at a price of $0.10 per page for black-and-white prints and $0.25 per page for color prints.
Wireless & Mobile Printing to a Library Computer
Wireless printing from your own device to a library printer is also available; price of $0.10 per page for black-and-white prints and $0.25 per page for color prints.
Scanning from Library Copy Machines
Self-serve scanning is available through the public copy machine at no charge. (There is a fee per page for making a copy.)
The prompts on the copy machine touch screen and a nearby instruction sheet will walk you through each step. You have the option to save the scan to your own USB flash drive or you can choose to email the scan directly to your own email address.
