Bright Star Touring Theatre to Present “Great Women of Black History” Feb. 6 at Warren Library

(01/25/2024) – The Bright Star Touring Theatre will present “Empowered, Brilliant, and Brave: Great Women of Black History” at a 6:30 p.m. performance on Tues., Feb. 6, at the Warren Library, 444 Mahoning Ave. NW.

The audience will be introduced to some of Black history’s most inspiring female figures in this special show that highlights some of the world’s most amazing women. Crunch some hidden figures with Dorothy Vaughan. Follow along the Underground Railroad with Harriet Tubman. Celebrate the Jazz Age with Ella Fitzgerald. Plus ‘meet’ many more incredible female groundbreakers from Black history!

This event for children and adults of all ages is free and open to the public. No reservations necessary.
