New Eastwood Mall Library is set to open Sept. 2

(08/1/2025) – The newest branch of the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library is set to open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 2, in a storefront inside the Eastwood Mall.

The Eastwood Mall Library, 5555 Youngstown Warren Rd., Niles, Ohio, will be located in a 2,500-square-foot storefront in the JCPenney concourse, just steps from the children’s indoor play area and across from Mercy Health St. Joe’s at the Mall.

The Eastwood Mall Library will offer a welcoming space for reading, learning, and connection. A wide selection of books, movies, and other library materials will be available for checkout and return; Internet-accessible computers and printers will be available for public use; and programming for children, teens, and adults will be offered.

The library will be open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM — 6 PM and closed on Sundays.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration will be held from 12 to 3 PM on Saturday, Sept. 13, featuring a Lilo & Stitch Storytime, live ukulele music, and free activities.
