Mobile Library Express Service
NOTE: Mobile Library Express Service will end on August 29, 2020. After that date, library cardholders are invited to visit the Bookmobile or stop in any W-TCPL location.
Current Warren-Trumbull County Public Library cardholders are invited to try our new Mobile Library Express Service!
Request up to 10 library books or other items and then visit one of our pickup locations for a bag with those items that have been pre-selected and are already checked out for you.
How it Works
Call the Mobile Library Services office at 330.399.8807 ext. 203 to request library materials or visit one of the pick-up locations listed below to fill out a Holds Request Form and then place the form in a nearby basket. The Mobile Library Services staff will pick up your form and then gather, check out, bag, and deliver up to 10 items per valid card (or 20 items for households that have two valid library cards). Your requests will be ready for you to pick up on the library’s next visit to that location.
When it is time to return your items, you can return them in one of the library book drops you’ll find near each of the pickup locations. All items MUST be placed in an outside book drop. Library staff will not be able to accept any returned items directly, they will only retrieve items that have been placed in the book drop.
Guidelines
Loan periods and fines for materials will be the same as the rest of the library system.
Mobile WiFi Hotspots will not be available through the Mobile Library Express Service.
New library cards and registrations will not be issued during the pick-up service. If you do not yet have a library card, you may begin the process for a new library card here and then visit any W-TCPL location to pick up your card.
The cardholder must be the person picking up the items, unless there is a signed note from the cardholder giving permission for someone else to pick up the items.
To protect the safety of our patrons and staff, we request that you do not linger in the book pick-up area when you are submitting your Holds Request Form or picking up your items.
