“Color Our World” with free Summer Challenge
(06/02/2025) – Children, teens, and adults can all participate in the Warren-Trumbull County Public Library’s annual Summer Challenge June 2 – July 26, 2025, at the libraries in Brookfield, Cortland, Howland, Liberty, Lordstown, and Warren, on the Bookmobile, and through Beanstack, a convenient online option.
Featuring a theme of “Color Our World,” the Summer Challenge invites the community to embark on a summer of art and creativity. Entertaining and enriching activities are listed in four categories: Composer, Director, Illustrator, and Writer. Participants can choose from a variety of activities for 5 points each to reach 100 points and complete the Summer Challenge.
Everyone who registers for the Summer Challenge can receive one free Paintbrush Pen and will be entered in weekly drawings for themed Prize Packs (all prizes while supplies last). Each participant who completes the Challenge will be entered for a chance to win one of the Grand Prizes.
The Owlet Club is a summer reading program specially for babies and toddlers up to age 3. Parents and caregivers can share literacy-based activities with their little one for a prize.
To participate in the Summer Challenge online, create a free account at WTCPL.BEANSTACK.ORG or download the free Beanstack Tracker app. To log reading and activities using a paper log, visit any Warren-Trumbull County Public Library location or the Bookmobile to pick up a Summer Challenge form.
