Mental health is important! Many teens struggle with their mental health and may not have the tools and resources to take care of themselves. James Baluck, MSW, LSW, a local school social worker, will discuss a variety of mental health topics such as managing stress, how to support a friend who is struggling with their mental health, what to do when you feel overwhelmed, and how to know if you are sad vs. depressed. Handouts will be provided and there will be time for questions. |
