Book Buddies @ the Warren Library

Help your student be a better reader! Book Buddies provides after school one-on-one reading practice and reading-related games. Children in grades 1 — 4 may sign up for a 30-minute session to practice reading in a fun, stress-free environment with a trained volunteer. Each participant should bring a copy of a short story, book chapter, poem, play, or any form of creative writing that they created and would like to share. Please limit to 5 pages. Adults can learn how to create a greeting card and envelope using the Maker Studio's Cricut cutting machine! Learn the basics of the Cricut Maker machine and become familiar with the workflow of assembling cards. All materials provided.
