Mobile Wi-Fi Hotspot Lending Ends Dec. 31, 2025

(11/20/2025) – The Warren-Trumbull County Public Library (W-TCPL) will no longer circulate mobile Wi-Fi hotspots after Dec. 31, 2025, due to rising costs and unreturned devices.

The increasing cost for each hotspot device and wireless service along with a significant number of hotspots not being returned have made it no longer sustainable to continue the lending program. Overdue hotspots will be deactivated.

Internet-accessible computers are available for free public use at W-TCPL branches in Brookfield, Cortland, Eastwood Mall, Howland, Liberty, and Warren, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the facilities.
